After several years of illness Nick Eden passed away in The Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading, on May 19th.Our thoughts are with Jane, family, and friends.
Nick's funeral will be on Tuesday 7th June at 2.30 pm. in St Paul's Church, Reading Road, Wokingham RG41 1EH. Bright colours but NO GREEN please.

900 Rallies and countingAt the recent Birdham Rally ex-Chairman David Grover and his wife Joyce were presented with a clock and barometer set in commemoration of their 900th Rally. They are seen here being presented with the barometer by the current Chairman Dave Saunders. David and Joyce achieved this milestone at the Lantern Rally last November, so they are already on the way to their next 100. Their first Rally was in May 1984 at Hoburne Christchurch, in their Ace Courier Caravan. Carry on Rallying.

Centre Golf Competition - Holybourne
The Centre Golf Competition took place at the recent Holybourne Rally.
Three Centre Trophies were contested.

March HareThe Winners of this years March Hare Competition were the Upper Thames Team. They are seen here being presented with the March Hare Trophy by our Chairman Dave Saunders in a brief period of sun on the Sunday of the Rally. The competition itself took place around Henley on Saturday, taking about 4-5 hours with 150 questions to answer. The Upper Thames Team consisted of Les and Alison Walker along with Paul and Liz Mitchell. Congratulations to them.

When we Rally anywhere we do so at the discretion of the site owners or managers. This applies to all sites, but especially to Schools and Private locations. Please help us, and yourselves, to continue to enjoy your Rallying by following a few key rules to keep our Site Owners happy. Unless you are specifically told otherwise by the Rally Officers themselves, then please:
DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THE STATED RALLY START TIME.
DO NOT SMOKE ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES ON NO SMOKING SITES
DO NOT USE SITE WASTE BINS
