lights turn right into farm road immediately after traffic calming.
Follow road towards river for some way.

£1.50 Locality: Lovely quiet site on the River Thames adjacent to Cleave Lock and with the Berkshire Downs right on the doorstep. Streatley is on the River Thames and is linked to Goring by a bridge. The Bull public house was made famous by Jerome K. Jerome's "Three Men In a Boat". Competition: Fishing matches are as follows: Saturday morning: Seniors team event - 10 fishermen per team. ALL THOSE FISHING OR SUPERVISING JUNIORS WILL REQUIRE A FISHING LICENCE ISSUED BY THE ENVIRONMENT AGENCY. Please Note: The Water Bailiff from the Environment Agency visits frequently - sometimes more than once over a weekend. Berkshire members - please indicate on your booking form if you are interested in representing the Berkshire Centre in this event. What's On? Relaxing weekend. Picturesque villages and sights all around Streatley and Goring. Rally Officers: John and Marie Woodward Mike and Karen Ravening Rally will start 4:00pm Friday and will finish 6:00pm Sunday. Bookings must be received by Monday 23rd August. |
