Locality: Small, quiet commercial site situated on North Hants/Berkshire border, three miles S.E of Newbury. Fishing lake on site. Shopping available in Newbury or Basingstoke or the village shop for basic food items.
Local attractions include Highclere Castle and the National Trust Sandham Memorial Chapel.
