Locality: The racecourse is set in 165 acres of beautiful countryside on the banks of the River
Thames, 1½ miles from Windsor town centre. A tour around Windsor Castle is a must. Changing
the Guard takes place inside the Castle daily at 11:00am (not Sunday) or watch the Guards parade from
their barracks.
Windsor Great Park (good for walking), Saville Gardens (located in the Great Park), Legoland, Eton and
the College are all nearby. River boat trips and open top bus tours are available from Windsor.
What's On? Take the opportunity to have a four night break at this lovely location, or just
come for the weekend. This is one of three temporary sites being provided to coincide with the Caravan
Club's Celebration Ball at Grosvenor House on Friday 15th June. 6A electric hook-up pitches will be
available as well as non-electric pitches. Services provided will consist of a fresh water supply, chemical
toilet emptying point and dry waste disposal facility. The area does have a toilet facility with hot water which will be
available for our use but there are no showers. A minimum stay of two nights at the site must
be booked, but there is no obligation to attend the ball.
The Caravan Club is organising complimentary coach transfer, for those attending the Celebration Ball on Friday 15th June,
between the Racecourse and the Grosvenor House Hotel, London - the distance being only some twenty four miles.

Directions:
From the North and East
- Exit the M25 at junction 15 joining the M4 west signposted Slough and Reading.
- Exit the M4 at junction 6 signposted Slough Central, Windsor A332, Eton. At the roundabout, take the first exit following the A332 to Windsor.
- In 1 mile, take the slip road signposted Maidenhead A308 and Windsor Racecourse. At the roundabout take the third exit onto A308 Maidenhead Road.
- In 150 yards at small roundabout, head straight on.
- In 1⁄3 mile, the entrance to the racecourse is on the right hand side on the Maidenhead road.
From the West
- Exit the M4 at junction 6 signposted Slough Central, Windsor A332, Eton. At the roundabout, take the third exit following the A332 to Windsor.
- In 1 mile, take the slip road signposted Maidenhead A308 and Windsor Racecourse. At the roundabout take the third exit onto A308 Maidenhead Road.
- In 150 yards at small roundabout, head straight on.
- In 1⁄3 mile, the entrance to the racecourse is on the right hand side on the Maidenhead road.
From the South
- Exit the M3 at junction 3 signposted Woking Bracknell and Lightwater.
- Take the first exit at the roundabout onto A322 dual carriageway signed Bracknell.
- In 1½ miles, bear right onto A332 signed Ascot and Windsor.
- Follow the A332 for 5 miles, through Ascot towards Windsor.
- At the next roundabout go straight across following the A332.
- Where the road becomes one-way, keep left signed Windsor B383 (B3022), Legoland and Windsor Racecourse.
- Continue for 3 miles on B3022, passing Legoland on the left hand side.
- On entering Windsor built-up area, pick up signs for M4 Slough, going straight across mini roundabout then shortly turning left at the traffic lights.
- At the next major roundabout go straight across (Slough A332) and then immediately take the slip road left signposted A308 Maidenhead.
- At the roundabout take the first exit onto A308 Maidenhead Road.
- In 150 yards at small roundabout, head straight on.
- In 1⁄3 mile, the entrance to the racecourse is on the right hand side on the Maidenhead road.
